Buyer Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Buyer Advocate to join our team. As a Buyer Advocate, you will work directly with clients from day one, guiding them through the full process from research and due diligence to negotiation and settlement.

  • You will proactively engage with selling agents to uncover off-market opportunities, providing transparent advice and market insights to clients.
  • Manage CRM records to ensure seamless communication and follow-up, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.

Our ideal candidate will have real estate sales experience (minimum 2 years), a current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (mandatory), and strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own reputation in Melbourne's property market, working with a boutique agency that empowers buyers with strategy, confidence, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with ready-to-buy clients from day one.

Requirements:
