Join Our Team as an ETF Trader Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETF Trader Support Specialist to join our team. As an ETF Trader Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our trading team, ensuring seamless execution of trades, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between trading desk and other dealers, brokers
  • Execute orders per the request of traders, work with ETF traders, operations, and external Prime Brokers to ensure trading system parity
  • Compile and reconcile data from electronic trades
  • Examine electronic transactions generated from clearing firm
  • Resolve erroneous and broken trades
  • Assist with maintaining position, P&L, and information exchange
  • Update and manage all post computer screens, including exchange trading systems, proprietary trading applications, and Excel spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on equities and ETFs
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate actions, equity derivatives, and trading systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Ideal candidate will have Python, VBA, SQL, and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and resourceful in solving problems
  • Ability to move throughout the trading floor as needed
  • Maintain composure under pressure
