ETF Trading Support Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our trading team as an ETF Trading Support Specialist. This role will provide direct support to our traders, ensuring seamless trading operations and maintaining high levels of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between traders and other dealers and brokers to facilitate smooth trading operations
  • Collaborate with ETF traders, operations, and external Prime Brokers to ensure trading system parity and optimize trading performance
  • Compile and reconcile data from electronic trades to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Examine electronic transactions generated from clearing firms to identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with maintaining position, P&L, and information exchange to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Update and manage all post computer screens, including exchange trading systems, proprietary trading applications, and Excel spreadsheets
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in equities, ETFs, and equity derivatives
  • Strong knowledge of corporate actions and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and resourceful in solving problems
  • Ability to move throughout the trading floor as needed and maintain composure under pressure
