The Role

As a Nmftrading Delta 1 Trader, you will be part of our Global ETF Market Making team, based in Sydney. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Trade execution and collaboration with the broader market making team
  • Implementation of algorithmic strategies and associated tools
Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing trading strategies to optimize market making performance
  • Collaborating with the market making team to achieve business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant trading experience
  • Programming skills desirable but not essential
  • Highly advanced ability in probability and statistics
  • Highly advanced inductive and deductive reasoning ability
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
