An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled Trading Support Specialist to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. As an ETF Middle Office Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Trading team in their daily operations.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an ETF Middle Office Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional trading support to our Trading team, ensuring seamless execution of trades, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between traders and other dealers and brokers to ensure efficient trade execution
  • Collaborate with ETF traders, operations, and external Prime Brokers to maintain trading system parity
  • Compile and reconcile data from electronic trades to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Examine electronic transactions generated from clearing firms to identify and resolve errors
  • Assist with maintaining position, P&L, and information exchange to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Update and manage all post computer screens, including exchange trading systems, proprietary trading applications, and Excel spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on equity derivatives and corporate actions
  • Strong knowledge of equities, ETFs, equity derivatives, and corporate actions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a quick learning ability and resourcefulness in solving problems
  • Ability to move throughout the trading floor as needed to support team members
  • Maintain composure under pressure to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks
