Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources:
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees, leveraging software to maximize value.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development action plans with senior managers, ensuring a strong focus on employee growth and training.
- Research and recommend suitable training programs for staff, collaborating with the administration team to organize and deliver training sessions.
- Lead annual performance reviews, exit interviews, and employee satisfaction surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Industrial Relations:
- Stay up-to-date with industrial and workplace relations management plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to project teams on industrial relations laws and Australian Building and Construction Commission requirements.
Requirements for the role include:
- A degree or diploma in human resources (or equivalent).
- An Australian driver's license.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and graphic software.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- A willingness to travel to construction projects and understand the art of civil construction.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
