Human Resources Partnership Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented professional to join an organization as a Human Resources Partner, providing strategic guidance and advice on workforce-related matters across the business.

The role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders, building relationships with key partners, and recommending solutions to resolve people issues. Supporting the development and delivery of key projects and initiatives will also be essential.

About You

  • Strong experience in human resources partnering, assisting stakeholders to resolve HR challenges and clarifying needs, expectations, and outcomes
  • Sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including contemporary human resources management practices
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at varying levels
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
