We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR professional to join our organisation. This role requires a seasoned expert with at least 10 years' experience in Human Resource Management, driving business growth through effective talent management, organisational development, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR programs that enhance workforce planning, performance, and talent management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR processes, providing expert advice on employee relations, talent attraction and development, culture, and engagement.
- Lead organisational changes, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and a smooth transition for employees.
- Work closely with the Head of Talent and OD to drive the talent and succession planning cycle, refining capability needs, coaching high-performance behaviours, and supporting senior leader development.
- Design and implement initiatives to evolve our company culture, boosting engagement, and embedding our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role and industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of results in employee and industrial relations, talent attraction and development, culture and engagement, and systems and reporting.
