Senior Human Resources Director

A reputable food manufacturer is seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Director to lead the provision of Human Resources Services, Policies and Programs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' experience as a Human Resources professional and possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to empower their team and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies across the business
- Lead employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
- Create and maintain learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage complex employee relations and some industrial relations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 6 years' experience in Human Resources
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
