About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. This is a fixed-term 6-month contract role that offers a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on complexity and loves a challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide trusted coaching, insight, and support to leaders and employees on performance and misconduct matters, business restructuring, and change initiatives.
  • Navigate complex awards, agreements, and policies to guide decisions that balance business needs with fair process.
  • Interpret legislation, regulations, Awards, and Industrial Agreements together with policy and procedures to provide high-quality and pragmatic HR advice.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
  • Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and proven ability in developing trusted business relationships at all levels.
