Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting new job postings and descriptions
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews
  • Handling letters with job seekers
  • Organizing employee documents and supervising the induction process
  • Strengthening the recruitment process and preparing relevant documents
  • Initiating creative recruitment activities and contributing to marketing work
  • Managing payroll processing in cooperation with the account team
  • Scheduling staff rosters and managing leave requests, sickness reports, and off-days
  • Ensuring employees and workplace comply with regulations
  • Establishing working relations with team members
  • Leading peer feedback sessions and conducting one-on-one meetings
  • Championing professional development and promoting growth opportunities within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR/Management/Business/Operations
  • 5+ Years Experience in HR, Recruiting, Management, or Operations

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Simplified) is required.
