About the Role
As a Virtual Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve defined sales targets. You'll work closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies, provide coaching and training to sales staff, and support the development of marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets through effective management of the sales team
- Support the Sales Director in staff recruitment and development
- Assist with site financial management and budgeting
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve performance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong sales background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
