We are currently seeking a Relief Customer Service Consultant to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

This role will primarily be based in our branches, with the expectation of providing support across our network as needed. A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel to various locations on short notice are essential.

Your Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to fulfill the banking needs of our clientele.
  • Fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships between our bank and its customers.
  • Identifying opportunities to promote our diverse range of financial products and services.
  • Representing Bank Australia positively in alignment with our social, environmental, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Contributing to the overall success of our branches.
Your Qualifications
  • A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel between branches as required.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
  • Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Preferred FSRA Tier 2 accreditation.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is essential.
