Transformative Change Manager

The role of Change Catalyst is to drive and implement strategic change management initiatives aligned with the Metcash Delivery Success Method. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, assessing change impacts and business readiness, and designing targeted communications that cut through complexity and inspire confidence.
Key qualifications for this position include a minimum of 4 years' experience in change management, preferably within ERP or system transformation projects. A formal change management qualification or accreditation is also highly desirable.
This is a fixed-term opportunity where you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and business continuity. If you are a natural collaborator with strong influencing and negotiation skills, and a self-starter who thrives under pressure, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
