We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to join our team at Powerlink Queensland.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work on our flagship QLD energy infrastructure project. As a Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our project team, ensuring the smooth delivery of key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver effective and accurate project data and information processing support.
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of processes to ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Provide timely and quality administrative services tailored to the division's needs, including tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, invoice handling and information proofreading.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate or higher level of qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management or Financial Administration, or ideally an Associate Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in the use of business systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office and Objective.
You will also possess excellent reporting and analytical abilities, including the capacity to extract and analyze data from a range of business systems. Self-management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for this role.
