Your Role
As a Project Administrator, you'll provide major project administration assistance and help develop clever solutions to interesting problems. You'll work with down-to-earth people who you'll be proud to work with and get to know.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and accurate project data and information processing support.
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of processes to ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Deliver timely and quality administrative services tailored to the division's needs, including tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, invoice handling, and information proofreading.
- Provide project administration support to our project team, facilitating the achievement of key project milestones.
About You
We're looking for someone with knowledge and experience in administration support in a project management environment in the Electricity Supply Industry or similar technical environment. You'll have a Certificate or higher level of qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or Financial Administration, or ideally an Associate Diploma or equivalent experience.
