Energy Infrastructure Project Coordinator

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to play a key role in delivering a world-class energy future for Queenslanders. As a Project Administrator, you will be working on a flagship QLD energy infrastructure project that aims to increase the transmission capacity and unlock the renewable energy potential of North Queensland.
About the Project
The CopperString 2032 project is one of the largest expansions to the power grid in Australia, with plans to build 840 kilometres of transmission line from Townsville to Mount Isa. This ambitious project requires a dedicated team of professionals to ensure its successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver effective and accurate project data and information processing support.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of processes to ensure all project activities are carried out according to relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Provide administrative services tailored to the division's needs, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, invoice handling, and information proofreading.
- Support the project team in achieving key project milestones.
- A Certificate or higher level qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or Financial Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in using business systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Objective.
- Showcase strong reporting and analytical abilities, including extracting and analysing data from various business systems.
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per annum.
