The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary starting from $124,629, plus 14.75% Super for a 9-day working fortnight. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to provide project management and assurance support for the CopperString 2032 project. You will work closely with our project delivery team to develop and implement quality assurance processes and frameworks that ensure optimal project outcomes.

  • Provide project and quality assurance support to the project delivery team.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and frameworks to ensure high-quality project management, project controls, reporting, and delivery.
  • Support project analysis, optimisation, improvement, and reporting to identify and implement efficient and innovative quality assurance and productivity improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or lesser qualification coupled with significant experience in small-scale project management.
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems and internal auditing.

You will also have demonstrated knowledge and success in:

  • Project management responsibilities to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and desired quality.
  • Providing advice on quality assurance and business processes.
  • Developing and delivering structured training to individuals around teamwork practices and processes, project standards, processes, and governance.
  • Providing governance and status reports to boards, stakeholders, and management.
  • Managing and monitoring project and program compliance with practice standards and governance.
  • Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel skills.
