Project Administrator Role
As a Project Administrator, you'll help us connect a more sustainable energy future for more than five million Queenslanders and 253,000 businesses. Your work with us is about every light turned on, every community connected, and every future made possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and accurate project data and information processing support.
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of processes to ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Deliver timely and quality administrative services tailored to the division's needs, including tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, invoice handling, and information proofreading.
- Provide project administration support to our project team, facilitating the achievement of key project milestones.
Requirements
- You will have knowledge and experience in administration support in a project management environment in the Electricity Supply Industry or similar technical environment, supported by a Certificate or higher level of qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or Financial Administration, or ideally an Associate Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in the use of business systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Objective.
