About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experienced professionals and contribute to the development of a significant renewable energy project in North Queensland. You'll work closely with our project team to deliver timely and quality administrative services, including tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, invoice handling, and information proofreading.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver effective and accurate project data and information processing support.
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of processes to ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Provide project administration support to our project team, facilitating the achievement of key project milestones.
In this role, your success will be driven by your ability to solve project delivery issues, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency, while maintaining accurate and organized project documentation.
About YouWe're looking for someone with knowledge and experience in administration support in a project management environment in the Electricity Supply Industry or similar technical environment. Your advanced skills in the use of business systems, such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Objective, will be highly valued.
Requirements- Certificate or higher level of qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or Financial Administration, or ideally an Associate Diploma or equivalent experience.

You'll also have the ability to self-manage and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing a high level of reporting and analytical abilities.
