Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project team, ensuring the delivery of key project milestones while maintaining accurate and organised project documentation.

This role is based in our CopperString project office in Bowen Hills, where you will work on one of Australia's largest expansions to the power grid. The CopperString project aims to increase transmission capacity to 500kV and build 840 kilometres of transmission line from Townsville to Mount Isa.

In this dynamic environment, you will utilise your skills in administration and project management to develop clever solutions to interesting problems and grow your skills every day.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective and accurate project data and information processing support
  • Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of processes to ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines
  • Provide project administration support to our project team, facilitating the achievement of key project milestones
About You

We are looking for an individual with knowledge and experience in administration support in a project management environment, preferably in the Electricity Supply Industry or similar technical environment.

Certificate or higher level of qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or Financial Administration, or ideally an Associate Diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.

You should have advanced skills in the use of business systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Objective, as well as the ability to extract and analyse data from a range of business systems.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid working arrangements, competitive remuneration, and health & wellbeing benefits.
