Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled HR Advisor to join our dynamic People & Culture team. As an integral member of the team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of Human Resources related matters, including employee relations, performance management, organisational change and more.

 

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting leaders in managing non-work-related injuries and return-to-work processes. Your duties will also include managing employee relations caseloads, including disciplinary and grievance issues. Additionally, you will cook and support leaders on performance management and people development. You will maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR metrics and reporting. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and innovate our people processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Human Resources related matters.

What You'll Bring:

We are seeking an experienced Generalist HR Advisor with a degree qualification in Human Resource Management (desirable). A strong working knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and HR legislation is essential. Confidence in managing day-to-day HR queries alongside complex advisory work is required. A can-do attitude, resilience, and drive to make a positive impact are highly valued.
