Troocoo is partnering with a globally recognised employer of choice to fill an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist. This role will have a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment and talent development.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert HR support, guidance, and coaching across a broad portfolio.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- HR Advisory Services: Provide timely and strategic HR advice to managers and employees across a range of business functions.
- Project Delivery: Lead and support HR initiatives aligned to workforce plans and organisational priorities.
- Leadership Development: Coach and develop leaders on employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose people-related challenges and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Reporting and Policy Development: Prepare and contribute to reports, business cases, and policy development.
- Continuous Improvement: Support HR project delivery, change initiatives, and continuous improvement.
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with:
- Demonstrated knowledge across the full HR generalist suite – including performance, change, IR/ER, and talent development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across multiple levels of leadership.
- A proactive, commercially-minded approach and a passion for people-focused outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
