**Responsibilities**:
**Business Partnership**: Supporting the execution of HR strategies through close collaboration with leaders and team members across our business to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

**Training and Development**: This role will have a strong focus on developing and delivering our learning & development strategies and programs. This will include identifying learning and development needs across our business & facilitating training for both corporate and field team members.

Being a true Generalist role, other elements of the position will involve (but not limited to) supporting the HR team with employment relations & engagement activities, assisting with employee issues and investigations, recruitment, as well as workplace health, safety and wellness initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management and or equivalent education preferred
- 1-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
- Previous experience in an L&D role highly desirable
- Multi site experience highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, industry standards and HR best practice operations
- Problem solver, consultative and generalist-based business skills and knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure with own initiative and demonstrates the ability to focus on several projects and objectives simultaneously by anticipating and responding to changes.
