Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support on HR-related matters across the organization.
Your primary focus will be on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance and reporting.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing training and development programs to employees.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
- At least 4 years of experience in an HR generalist role; and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Base salary range $135,000 - $150,000 per annum;
- Short-term incentive program; and
- Parental leave package.
