Human Resources Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Consultant to provide expert advice on compliance, best practices, and employment law.

  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic HR support
  • Develop and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and assessments
  • Provide training and development opportunities for employees
  • Assist with performance management, remuneration, and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other HR Consultants to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in consulting or advisory positions
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, best practices, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively
