About the Role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within intermediaries and clients to drive account growth and retention.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to leverage existing relationships and provide a comprehensive solution to clients' insurance needs.
- Ensure consistent execution and delivery of service to intermediaries and clients across the GIO workers' compensation offering.
- Analyse customer performance and provide feedback to drive business improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the workers' compensation industry.
- Proven capabilities in managing relationships with end clients and intermediaries.
- Strong customer service background.
- Proficient understanding of workers' compensation claims and profitability.
- Proven ability to achieve operational and strategic deliverables in a complex environment.
