Job Title: Key Account Manager

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within intermediaries and clients to drive account growth and retention.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to leverage existing relationships and provide a comprehensive solution to clients' insurance needs.
  • Ensure consistent execution and delivery of service to intermediaries and clients across the GIO workers' compensation offering.
  • Analyse customer performance and provide feedback to drive business improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the workers' compensation industry.
  • Proven capabilities in managing relationships with end clients and intermediaries.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Proficient understanding of workers' compensation claims and profitability.
  • Proven ability to achieve operational and strategic deliverables in a complex environment.
