About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to develop and execute a global category strategy in a brownfield space, take ownership of a high-value portfolio, and shape how the organisation partners with strategic suppliers in a fast-growing, purpose-driven business.

As a Portfolio Strategic Lead – Professional Services & Contingent Labour, you will work across functions and geographies, helping to define supplier relationships and sourcing strategies at a global scale.

  • Lead the development and execution of the category strategy for Professional Services, HR, Travel, and Contingent Labour, aligned with business priorities.
  • Take ownership of the Contingent Labour Programme, including sourcing, commercial negotiations, and programme optimisation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, identifying emerging business needs and shaping sourcing plans accordingly.
  • Manage and build strategic supplier relationships and ensure strong source-to-contract governance.
  • Deliver cost optimisation, productivity, and value creation outcomes across the EBS portfolio.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to a high-performing team, championing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Support planning, sourcing, budgeting, and performance tracking initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
