We are seeking an experienced Compliance Programme Lead to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe Compliance Programme Lead will play a critical role in maintaining the reputation of integrity for our organisation. You will work closely with leaders across the entire business to design, develop and implement a dynamic, metrics-driven ethics and compliance programme that manages risks and helps protect the organisation from potential legal, regulatory and reputational issues.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop a comprehensive compliance programme that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and training programmes to ensure employees understand their compliance obligations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business or governance.
- 7+ years' experience working in a compliance, risk management or internal audit role within the pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations and standards that affect companies operating in the radiopharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations and industry standards and communicate those changes to stakeholders.
