We are seeking an experienced Compliance Programme Lead to join our team.

Job Description

The Compliance Programme Lead will play a critical role in maintaining the reputation of integrity for our organisation. You will work closely with leaders across the entire business to design, develop and implement a dynamic, metrics-driven ethics and compliance programme that manages risks and helps protect the organisation from potential legal, regulatory and reputational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a comprehensive compliance programme that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and training programmes to ensure employees understand their compliance obligations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business or governance.
  • 7+ years' experience working in a compliance, risk management or internal audit role within the pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations and standards that affect companies operating in the radiopharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations and industry standards and communicate those changes to stakeholders.
