Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to facilitate and support milestone closure and assurance activities on broad-ranging programs of work.

This is a 12-month contract position that requires collaboration with stakeholders across the group to drive improvement in Group-wide policies, processes, and controls.

The successful candidate will assist in managing the milestone closure and assurance schedule, develop Independent Assurer's focus areas, and coordinate with project managers on artefacts.

They will also manage the approval process, facilitate quarterly reviews and reporting processes, monitor management actions, and contribute to monthly reports for senior stakeholders and governance committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to drive programme success
  • Assist in programme scheduling and coordination
  • Develop and implement assurance strategies
  • Coordinate with project teams on programme deliverables
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting
  • Monitor programme progress and identify areas for improvement
