Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across the Sydney region.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in water treatment, distribution networks, and civil infrastructure, capable of driving complex projects from planning through to execution.

  • Provide strategic leadership across multiple water infrastructure programmes
  • Oversee programme planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies, contractors, and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Lead risk management and quality assurance processes
  • Mentor and guide programme managers and technical teams
  • Report progress to executive leadership and ensure alignment with business objectives

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in programme delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale water infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of Australian water regulations and environmental compliance
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred)
