Consumer Warranty and Travel Claim Manager

A highly skilled professional is sought after to manage a portfolio of Consumer Warranty and Travel claims in a proactive, efficient, and cost-effective manner while delivering exceptional service to customers.
This role involves developing commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers and customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to changing situations, and possess strong problem-solving skills with strategic planning and execution.
Key accountabilities include resolving claims within authority in a cost-effective manner, taking a proactive approach to claims management, and managing external service providers to ensure cost-effective outcomes and compliance with agreed service commitments.
The ideal candidate will have acquired experience as a claim examiner, be able to work autonomously but within a team environment, and demonstrate an appreciation for different stakeholders' interests both internally and externally.
