Warranty Claims Specialist

Join a dynamic team as a Warranty Administrator, where you will be responsible for managing warranty claims efficiently and accurately. Your primary goal will be to process warranty claims while maintaining precise records and ensuring timely reimbursement.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process warranty claims quickly and accurately.
- Review and verify warranty documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of claims.
- Maintain precise records of warranty claims and related documentation.
- Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers.
- Collaborate with the service department to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Secondary Duties:
- Greet and assist all visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Assist the service department with customer inquiries and service advising as needed.
- Assist with basic administration duties.
About You:
You must have previous experience in a dealership as a receptionist, service receptionist, service advisor or similar, wanting to develop new skills. Obviously, Warranty experience candidates are encouraged to apply; however, you must be a people person and willing to assist with the reception and customer service duties. Can show initiative, provide support when needed with customers Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with ERA is a plus. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A positive can-do attitude and a passion for customer service.
