Warranty Claims Manager

We are seeking a Warranty Claims Manager to oversee the efficient and accurate processing of warranty claims.
- Process and manage warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Verify warranty documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of claims.
- Maintain precise records of warranty claims and related documentation.
- Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers.
To succeed as our Warranty Claims Manager, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a receptionist in a dealership.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with ERA is beneficial.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
