Support Our Customers

The Technical Support Engineer plays a vital role in guiding our customers through critical issues, ensuring timely and effective case resolution. As a key member of our global organization, you will be entrusted with providing top-notch technical support to our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical cases created by customers, providing accurate and timely support.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow software and platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and platform developments.
  • Contribute to process and product improvements through the identification of customer needs and pain points.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong experience working with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML.
  • Experience with AngularJS and GraphQL.
  • Strong experience working in Java or similar backend programming language.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle.
  • Working knowledge of the components in a web application stack.
  • Familiarity with Linux, UNIX, or other operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Network terminology.
  • Minimum three years providing customer-facing technical support.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow Certifications.
  • Experience providing SaaS support.
