About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Contact Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our globally growing customer base, ensuring a positive experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class support to customers and partners via phone, email, and case management.
  • Create and assign cases to Subject Matter Expert Teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Train customers on the use of the ServiceNow platform, providing necessary advice and guidance.
  • Perform initial triage of customer cases, escalating to internal support resources as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and prior experience working in a contact center environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
