You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, driving business growth through strategic account planning, cross-selling complex solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Opportunity:

As a seasoned relationship manager with a strong background in banking or financial services, you will take ownership of client relationships, leading end-to-end management of client interactions, financial performance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategic account plans to prioritize sales and service effort, protect existing revenue, and maximize revenue growth of key accounts.">
  • Manage account relationships by leading regularly planned sales and service calls with senior executive stakeholders to explore pain points and ensure excellent customer experience.">
  • Engage with customers on key retention activities through the full lifecycle of the customer contract, including renewing existing contracts, conducting annual price reviews, and reviewing surcharge compliance.">

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will require significant experience selling complex B2B solutions to large business customers, as well as a strong understanding of commercial, legal, and contractual practices and obligations.
