Key Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, outcome-focused team in supporting the business in the ANZ region. As a Senior Marketing Strategist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing tailored go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with ANZ business stakeholders.
  • Executing seamless marketing plans, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
  • Understanding ANZ market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to sharpen marketing strategies for respective target markets.
Campaign Management:

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. This will involve monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights, and recommending optimization opportunities.

Thought Leadership and Content Creation:

In this role, you will assist in developing local content strategies in close collaboration with local business unit leads and the AP Marketing Lead. You will facilitate profiling of key thought leaders and help shape their personal branding as industry subject matter experts. Additionally, you will identify and organize effective participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the dss+ brand and insights.

Brand Management:

You will maintain and enhance the dss+ brand presence in Australia, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Digital Marketing:

You will incorporate and support overall digital marketing efforts, including ANZ content website updates and LinkedIn campaigns. Utilizing analytics tools, you will track and report on digital marketing performance, suggesting improvement opportunities.

Collaboration and Communication:

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will work closely with the global and regional marketing team to align with brand positioning and marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and support lead generation initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

You will prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI. Using data-driven insights, you will inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, Eloqua, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
Benefits:
