About the Role

This position involves working as part of a dynamic team to ensure that all guests have an unforgettable stay with us. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide warm welcomes, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Ensure seamless operations: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the hotel.
  • Provide support: Offer assistance to guests and colleagues alike, ensuring that everyone has a positive experience at the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Team player: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights.
