Job Title: Guest Experience Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Recognize and welcome regular guests, providing personalized service and experiences tailored to their preferences
  • Update and maintain accurate guest details, ensuring seamless communication and interactions throughout their stay
  • Assist with reservation inquiries, providing information and guidance to guests on hotel packages and services
  • Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure required tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Enhance and build the Guest Experience department in conjunction with the Guest Experience Manager, driving continuous improvement and excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Reservations role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Opera Property Management System experience (highly regarded)
  • Ability to multitask while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a strong passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Outstanding creativity and artistry, with local knowledge and a willingness to adapt and evolve
