We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team and elevate the guest experience at our 5-star hotel.

About You
  • Prior experience in hotel guest service is highly desirable.
  • You must possess a genuine passion for connecting with guests and working in a beautiful hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Opera PMS, is an advantage.
  • A strong attention to detail and familiarity with the local region are essential.
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights, is required.
  • A motivation to provide exceptional guest experiences and a proactive approach to duties is necessary.
The Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
