Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a front office or guest services role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a hotel, hospitality, or other customer-facing environment.

  • Consistently delivers an exceptional standard of service, exhibiting a proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations.
