Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process guest reservations, updates, and special requests using property management systems, ensuring timely scheduling and optimal availability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, offering prompt assistance, addressing concerns, and recommending tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a front office or guest services role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a hotel, hospitality, or other customer-facing environment.
- Exceptional ability to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums, ensuring precise and professional correspondence.
- Consistently delivers an exceptional standard of service, exhibiting a proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Adept at fostering positive guest experiences and maintaining high satisfaction levels through attentive service and problem resolution.
