Job Title: Consultant - Ethics & Independence Job Summary: KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our Ethics and Independence team within Risk Management. As a Consultant in the Conflicts Resolvers team, you will play a critical role in ensuring processes for identifying conflicts of interest are performed and safeguards are implemented to manage such conflicts. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough conflict of interest checks in Sentinel, our Risk Management System * Liaise with Divisional Risk Management Partners and team members to identify potential commercial conflicts * Collaborate with engagement teams to assess parties involved and services provided * Liaise with other conflicts teams at KPMG member firms globally * Communicate with engagement teams on conflicts identified and provide guidance on processes and procedures * Respond to queries from staff and partners on Sentinel in a timely and efficient manner * Liaise with Global Business Operations for action items and requirements * Assist users in getting the best value from Sentinel and integrated systems * Prepare, update, and maintain user documentation and guidance * Provide support to other Ethics and Independence team members as needed Other Responsibilities: * Apply innovative techniques for process improvements and commit to continuous quality service delivery * Remain resilient under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks * Develop processes or procedures that create efficiencies internally or for the business * Identify solutions and provide adequate rationale * Build effective relationships with KPMG partners and staff Qualifications: * Experience working in an office environment or customer-facing business * Experience in using Microsoft products, preferably Dynamics CRM * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work * Comfortable working with multiple systems and high volumes of data * Ability to use a range of techniques to identify and analyze issues * Good organizational and time management skills * Professional and confident communication skills * Ability to liaise with people at all levels * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team About KPMG: KPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
