Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough conflict of interest checks in our Risk Management System, Sentinel.
- Liaise with Divisional Risk Management Partners and team members to address potential commercial conflicts.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to assess parties involved and services provided.
- Liaise with global conflicts teams at other KPMG member firms.
- Communicate with engagement teams on identified conflicts and provide guidance on processes and procedures.
- Respond to queries from staff and partners in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with Global Business Operations for action items and requirements.
- Assist users in getting the best value from Sentinel and integrated systems.
- Prepare, update, and maintain user documentation and guidance.
- Provide support to other Ethics and Independence team members as needed.
- Apply innovative techniques for process improvements and commit to delivering high-quality service.
- Remain resilient under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Develop processes or procedures that create efficiencies internally or for the business.
- Identify solutions and provide adequate rationale.
- Build effective relationships with KPMG partners and staff.
- Experience working in an office environment or customer-facing business.
- Experience in using Microsoft products, particularly Dynamics CRM.
