About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at our Bloor Street West location in Toronto. As a keyholder, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our brand through merchandising and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement
    • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide expert knowledge on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
  3. Day-to-Day Operations
    • Promote our brand and culture through merchandising and promotional activities.
    • Work collaboratively with Store Managers and team members to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
    • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and new products.
  5. Regulatory Compliance
    • Comply with all OH&S policies and procedures.
    • Support and promote Sundial's social responsibility programs.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  2. Minimum 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience.
  3. Cannabis, liquor, or healthcare experience is preferred.
  4. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  5. Valid CannSell certification.
  6. Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check.
  7. Working knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in Ontario.

  8. Responsible and reliable.
  9. Must be 19 years of age or older.
  10. Must have reliable transportation to commute to/from work.
