Central west food supplies Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our dynamic Bistro & Bar team at the Panorama Motel in Bathurst.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent food and service in a vibrant setting, with a creative eye for detail and a 'can do' attitude.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the preparation, cooking, and serving of dishes, designing menus and presentations for catering orders and special events, and ensuring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising the cleanliness of the cooking and preparation area, supervising and providing directions for cooks and kitchen hands, and ensuring food safety for guests with special dietary requirements.

We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years of experience as a Chef, a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, and a demonstrated expertise and experience in culinary techniques and styles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
