**About the Role:**

As a Stock Replenisher, you will be responsible for stocking and replenishing shelves, racks, and bins with goods and products. You will also provide excellent customer service to our valued customers, assist with their questions or queries, and work as a member of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* High-quality product placement in an efficient manner
* Provide customer service to our valued customers
* Assist in the timely and efficient break down of loads as they are delivered
* Stock, replenish, and rotate shelves, racks, and bins with goods and products
* Receive grocery deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy
* Assist in undertaking stock takes
* Cleaning duties, including the disposal of boxes and cardboard as required

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service focus
* Team player with a willingness to learn and develop
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work weekends
* Experience in retail sales an advantage
* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
