About the Role

Kirinari Community Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Disability Support Worker to join our Central West region team. As a key member of our Complex Care Team, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with complex trauma and behavioral needs.

Working in a strength-based, non-punitive, therapeutic model of care, you will develop and implement individualized support plans to promote growth and empowerment. Your ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders will be essential in delivering high-quality services.

About You
  • Ability to work shift work, regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays with significant availability
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Ability to obtain a paid NSW Working with Children Check prior to commencement
  • Complete a National Criminal History Check (paid by Kirinari)
  • Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
  • Smart Phone
  • Current Driver's Licence
