Commercial Lead for Solid Tumors

This key leadership role will oversee the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive successful product launches and achieve business objectives in the Australian market.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-performing marketing and sales plans. They will also be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities and risks, leveraging customer insights, competitive trends, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement relevant brand strategies, sales, and marketing plans to ensure achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Shape and execute omnichannel strategies, including marketing campaigns with strong cross-functional partnerships and collaborations.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and risks based on customer insights, competitive trends, and market analysis.
  • Drive executional performance through regular account reviews to track progress against account/project plan milestones, actions, and targets.
