Cycle Growth Marketing Lead

As a Cycle Growth Marketing Lead, you will drive business expansion through the creation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Your responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies that foster engagement and retention across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, focusing on customer lifecycle, retention, or CRM
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of database management architecture and best practices
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms like Braze and Hubspot
  • Experience with analytical tools like Tableau and Amplitude
